Course Organiser

By downloading or using the Course Organiser app (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Use of the App
Course Organiser is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to track courses, study sessions, and learning progress for your own purposes.
You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
2. License
Course Organiser is licensed to you, not sold. Apple grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms and these Terms of Service.
3. Accounts & Data
Your app data is associated with your Apple ID and may be synchronized across devices using iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account.
4. Subscriptions
Course Organiser offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional features.
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through the App Store
Pricing and subscription terms are displayed in the App
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings
Many features remain available free of charge.
5. Availability & Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Course Organiser, including the App design, code, branding, and content, are owned by Seymour Terrier.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the App except as permitted by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Course Organiser for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm others or the App’s operation.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seymour Terrier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
